Dear Maneka Gandhi,
As a CityZen of Kerala I Would Like to Give Some Advise to you about Street Dogs.
Here Street-Dogs are Creating big Trouble.Lots & Lots of People are admitted to Hospital,because of the Civiar Bites Which They Got From These Street-Dogs.
So It is highly Essential to Make an End to This Problem.
My Suggestion is that, We Must Kill All those Street Dogs which are becoming a Threat To The Society.
It is Very Easy to Say that We Must give Vaccination and Sterilisation to these Dogs.
But The Fact is that No one is Ready For It.The Reason is that They Don't Want to Get Bites From these Dogs .
So The Only Way to Solve This Problem,is to Give Poison Biscuts to These Street Dogs.
My Demand is That We Must Give Delicious Food & Enough Water to Them For atleast Two Days,and after that Give them The Poison Biscuts(Cyanide Biscuts).It is True that Taking Their Life is Cruel,but Wellfare of The Society is the Important Factor.Don't Worry About the Curse,because,by Giving Poison Biscuts We Are Actually Saving Them From Their Painful Life.
Have You Ever Witnessed The Life Conditions of a Street Dog.?
They Used to Get only a Little Food from the Streets.Most of The CityZens Hate Street Dogs.
They Used to Throw Stones Towords Them.Lots & Lots Of the Street Dogs Dies in Road Accidents,When They Passing Through The Streets.
Oneday a Meat- Cellar ,Stabbed a Street-Dog by His Knife.The Pity Condition of That Street Dog Was Showed in Asianet News-TV Channel.
So My Humple Request is That We Must Give Poison Biscuts to These Dogs,Which are Creating a Big Threat To The Society.
By Giving Them Enough Food & Water We Can OverCome The Curse of These Killings.
Hi...I just read this letter, you do have a point, but what if there is a change in the dogs after you give them delicious food. Dogs just want affection. I am pretty sure that they will calm down if they get tasty food. Animals never bite humans unless they are agitated or they are hungry. Why dont you see whether the dogs behave after the two day plan and then vaccinate and sterilize them if they show positive reactions.
ReplyDeleteU're right. He does have a point. But personally i believe vaccination n sterilization r the best & most humane methods of controlling stray dog menace. I'm a witness of live dog slaughter in my locality. These so called dog-catchers brutally hacked dogs n beat them to death with iron rods after tying them to posts. Even a dog that wore a belt was caught n was brutally beatn at its abdomen till it squealed and died. And the worst part is that all these acts were conducted in front of the public. Even though some citizens who were disturbed by this bloody act asked them to catch the dogs n take them somewhere else were retorted to by these sick dogcatchers. The aggressilvely shouted back in a threatening way and said they were only told to kill dogs n not to show mercy to take them anywhere else. That explains why they jumped into my neighbour's compund and killed a few dogs there in front of my neighbour's daughter who happend 2 hoplessly watch evrything. I hope Mrs.Maneka Gandhi read this too...
